  2. Request deletion by email. If you cannot sign in, or want to request deletion of specific personal data, email privacy@deranaplus.lk with the subject “Derana Plus Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your Derana Plus account and describe the data you want deleted. If your request concerns Facebook Login, mention this in your email. You can also contact support@deranaplus.lk for help submitting your request. Identity verification may be required to protect your account; do not send your password or payment card details.

Account deletion permanently removes your personal account data, preferences, and viewing history, and ends access to subscription benefits and content associated with that account. Certain transactional records may be retained for legal or accounting purposes, as described above. These retention exceptions also apply to requests made by email.
